How to you get black printer ink off your hands?

My 2 year old son got black printer ink on his hands. Of course I washed his hands with soap and water but most of it didn’t come off, any suggesions of what I should do to get it off his hands?

wash them by vineger then water with soap

The best way is to just to wash them with warm soapy water. The ink iwill wear away naturally within less then a day. Take a bath instead of a shower at night and use plenty of soap.
