Can I print on photo paper using regular printer ink?

regular printer ink on photo paper, can work, but usually doesn’t. The ink doesn’t sink into the paper sometimes and it causes runs in the picture. The other ink is heavier and soaks in better. If you want your pictures to look their best, I’d buy the photo grade ink.

You do not really need to as It is just a recommendation for better photos … But it should work fine even with the normal ink …

If you want perfect quality picture then you have to buy hp 58 Photo Inkjet quality Cartridge. Otherwise you can use hp 22 Tricolor Cartridge for photo paper color prints.
